"I did my research and I found Dr Heppe was one of Northern Virginia’s top plastic surgeons. When I met Dr Heppe and his staff, I was very happy on how friendly and knowledgeable they were. On the day of my procedure, which is done in the building, I was very much impressed with how the process was done. All my questions and concerns were answered. I am a registered nurse, and I am acutely aware of when infection control procedures are followed and not followed, I absolutely felt safe in this environment. I am now three months out from my surgery and I am very much pleased with the results. I did not have any postoperative complications nor any infection. I honestly can highly recommend Dr.Heppe. I had a brachioplasty done and it’s the first time in 30 years that I’ve worn sleeveless tops and dresses. I wish I had done this earlier! Thank you to Dr Heppe and his staff. "I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Bautista and I am so happy that I chose him. I came into the office because one breast was larger than the other. Dr. Bautista examined me and told me what he was able to do which was stitch up the larger breast so gravity wouldn't pull it down so hard after surgery. Nearly 3 months later they are sitting evenly and I'm so happy. The nurses were great as well. I had other medical doctors and they ensured I got a doctor's note to approve the surgery as well as making sure they honor my latex allergy. Everyone was so nice and the process was just so welcoming and amazing. Highly recommend!"

After shedding 70 pounds, I opted for a full Tummy Tuck, Lipo 360, and muscle repair procedure. "I was debating whether or not I wanted to get a tummy tuck for SO many years. I had serious reservations on doing an elective surgery as a mom of 3. I did several consults in VA and MA. Just when my mind was almost set for a doctor in Tyson’s, I found out about Dr.Aflaki from my neighbor. My neighbor looked amazing after her mommy makeover so I immediately called Dr. Aflaki ‘s office. I booked a consult for that same week. The whole process was explained and he answered a plethora of questions I had. Two weeks later I called and wanted a consult for a breast augmentation. They fit me right in for my consult and added it my surgery date which had already been scheduled. I look and feel AMAZING! I can’t even believe how amazing my results have been. The next day ant my follow up appt after taking off my bandages, I cried. I was so blown away by how amazing my results were just 24 hours later. "Dr. Heppe, or as I have nicknamed him, Dr. Happy, is truly a world class plastic surgeon. I had originally booked with a different plastic surgeon and after have a bad gut feeling, I did some research and found unfavorable feedback on said dr. Still wanting the surgery, I researched all the plastic surgeons within the MD/VA area and felt drawn to Heppe's credentials as well as client reviews. Meeting him in person, I instantly felt at ease and knew he was the Dr. I wanted to perform my mommy makeover. I appreciated his completely platonic analysis of my body, focusing on medical aspects, while also sharing his recommendations and expectations. Given the fact that the first plastic surgeon I had booked with felt like a used cars salesman, Dr. Heppe's technique was more medical and realistic focused.
