Great experience - I was not thinking of surgery when I went to my initial appointment for information about fraxel laser treatments. In a short amount of time..I was comfortable enough to describe the areas that were bothering me most. Dr Heppe described what he could do and what the surgery would be like without any hard sales tactics. Just a nice conversation. I slept on it and called the next day to schedule. The entire experience with his staff has been so incredibly pleasant and positive. Two weeks post surgery I feel like a new person and I’m actually happy for once with how I look. It’s truly changed my life and I owe it all to Dr Heppe and his team. I will recommend this surgeon and this office to anyone.
