After major weight loss, I was left with a “deflated balloon” situation, and Dr. Heppe completely turned that around. Now everything looks perky, natural, and well balanced. It honestly gave me back a sense of confidence and youthfulness I didn’t expect. Perfection really.He’s clearly very skilled, but also just a genuinely warm, easy person to talk to, which made the whole experience feel comfortable from the start.The staff is amazing across the board. Everyone from reception and billing to the nurses to the anesthesiologist were kind, organized, and easy to work with. Great experience - I was not thinking of surgery when I went to my initial appointment for information about fraxel laser treatments. In a short amount of time..I was comfortable enough to describe the areas that were bothering me most. Dr Heppe described what he could do and what the surgery would be like without any hard sales tactics. Just a nice conversation. I slept on it and called the next day to schedule. The entire experience with his staff has been so incredibly pleasant and positive. Two weeks post surgery I feel like a new person and I’m actually happy for once with how I look. It’s truly changed my life and I owe it all to Dr Heppe and his team. I will recommend this surgeon and this office to anyone.
Dr. Aflaki is an amazing surgeon and did a phenomenal job with my procedure. I am very satisfied with the results.
