Great experience - I was not thinking of surgery when I went to my initial appointment for information about fraxel laser treatments. In a short amount of time..I was comfortable enough to describe the areas that were bothering me most. Dr Heppe described what he could do and what the surgery would be like without any hard sales tactics. Just a nice conversation. I slept on it and called the next day to schedule.
